1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using My TV Channel ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Service Description

My TV Channel allows users to create, manage, and watch linear 24/7 TV channels. The service includes video upload, transcoding, scheduling, and live streaming capabilities based on your subscription tier.

3. User Accounts

You must sign in with Apple to access publishing features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are billed weekly through the App Store. Prices and features vary by tier (Starter, Creator, Pro, Studio, Broadcast). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

5. Content Ownership and Rights

My TV Channel is a user-generated content platform. We do not provide, license, or distribute any content ourselves. All content on the platform is uploaded by users.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own all rights to the content you upload, or have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and consents from the rightful owners
• Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets
• You have the right to grant us the license described below

By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, transcode, store, and distribute your content through the service for the purpose of operating My TV Channel.

You retain ownership of your content. You may remove your content at any time, which will terminate the license granted above.

6. Copyright Infringement and DMCA

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with applicable law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Please include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) identification of the infringing material with enough detail to locate it, (3) your contact information, (4) a statement of good faith belief that use is not authorized, (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, and (6) your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringer Policy: We will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SAS Corvaisier and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the service, (b) your content, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: use the service for illegal purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service operation, upload malicious code, or resell access without authorization.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rennes, France.
